This is a rebuild due to the Canterbury earthquakes. The new 4 bedroom home resembles the style of the former home but is packed with the newest technology including a modern ventilation system with heat recovery and a photovoltaic system. The prefabricated construction to an international standard keeps this new home airtight and very well insulated, making it comfortable in both summer and winter and cost-efficient throughout the year due to the very low power consumption.
